1. No Refunds

All payments made to PostCraft are final and non-refundable. By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge that you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to:

Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality
Unused portion of a billing period
Failure to use the Service during the subscription period
Changes to Service features or functionality
Account suspension or termination due to Terms violations

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

The "Manage Subscription" button in your dashboard
The PayHere Customer Portal

Upon cancellation:

Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. You have already paid for this time and will not lose access early.
After the billing period ends, your account will automatically revert to the Free tier.
All your posts, drafts, and data will be preserved — you only lose access to Pro-tier limits.
No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining days in the billing period.

3. Free Tier Availability

PostCraft offers a permanent Free tier with generous limits (50 posts/day, 3 AI refinements/day). We encourage users to try the Free tier before upgrading to ensure the Service meets their needs. The availability of the Free tier is one reason we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

4. Pricing Changes

If we change subscription pricing, existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice before the new price takes effect. You may cancel before the new price applies. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

5. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate charges due to a technical error), you may contact us and we will review the case on an individual basis. Any resolution in such cases is at our sole discretion and does not establish a precedent for future requests.
